Order Processing
INTAKE products may be produced or prepared after an order is placed. Processing times can vary depending on the product, order volume, and fulfillment provider.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping Rates
Available shipping methods and shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address. The shipping price shown at checkout is the amount you will be charged for shipping.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates shown at checkout or provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times begin after an order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.
INTAKE is not responsible for carrier delays or other delivery delays outside of our reasonable control.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships. Tracking information may take some time to update after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or fulfillment.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to have been lost in transit, contact us at bradenwellman@gmail.com with your order number and relevant details. For damaged or incorrect items, please include clear photos when possible so we can review the issue.
International Orders
International shipping availability and rates are displayed at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
